Admissions and Enrollment
Greenwood Baptist Children's Learning Center welcomes children 6 weeks of age to Pre-K. Our daily activities include education with a Christian foundation along with school readiness skills, arts, crafts, outdoor play, games, Chapel, and story time. We also provide after school programs for the students of Greenwood ISD, as well as summer programs to keep the students active, learning, and enjoying their childhood all year long.
Our communication with the parents is shared through the Brightwheel app. We send reports and information about upcoming projects or field trip announcements as well as pictures of your little one doing different activities. While we don't intend to overindulge you with pictures of your lil' one on a routine basis, we certainly want to share with you your child's experiences here as often as you'd like.

ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
Greenwood Baptist Children's Learning Center is a licensed childcare center in the State of Texas. It is a state requirement that all required forms are received completed before your child may enroll into any of our programs. These forms include, but may not be limited to:
Enrollment Application
Medical Release Form
Food Allergy/Special Needs Care Plan (if applicable)
Emergency Contact Information Form
Parent Handbook Acknowledgement Form
Care Sheet (Infants Only)
Registration Fees and Tuition Payment
We are required by law to keep an updated immunization record on file at all times. Please keep this information updated for the safety of your child and others by notifying the office with updated forms.
ENROLLMENT FEES
Infants
6 Weeks – 17 Months $900/month
Toddlers
18 Months – 23 Months $750/month
Twos & Threes $750/month
Fours & Fives $700/month
Afterschool Program $450/month
FEE ASSESSMENT
ENROLLMENT FEE
There is an initial administrative fee of $20 when signing up your child with us plus annual enrollment fee of $80 per student for supplies throughout the year. These fees are due with your first tuition payment and each August thereafter. The supply fee for enrollments after August will be prorated.
TUITION PAYMENTS
Tuition is DUE by the 5th of each month. Late payments will have the assessed fees accordingly:
5th - $50
10th - $75
15th - $100
LATE PICKUP FEE
The Center’s hours of operation are from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. It is imperative that your child is picked up no later than 5:30 pm using the clock in the Director's office as the official clock. The front door automatically locks at 5:30 pm requiring authorization to enter.
Families will be assessed a $10.00 late fee added at 5:31 pm. The late fee increases to $20.00 at 5:45 pm. These fees are due within 2 business days of the invoice.
NOTICE TO WITHDRAW
Greenwood Baptist Children's Learning Center policy for notice to withdraw is two weeks in advance. You are responsible for your tuition for those two weeks. This notice MUST be given in writing and can be emailed to the following address:
