Availability for 4-Year-Old's and After-School Students
After-School Program
Greenwood Baptist Children's Learning Center offers an after-school program to all students from kindergarten through 13 years of age. Students are provided snacks for regular after-school days.
With GISD changing the school week to Monday through Thursday's, we are now offering as a part of our regular After-school program, all day Friday care for those days that GISD is closed. On those particular Friday's, our teacher will assist the students with homework help to knock it out before the weekend begins! In addition, the students will participate in free play, as well as group activities. Students enjoy on-site bowling, corn-hole, board games, dance games, plus new games being introduced each week.
The students will be offered breakfast for the Friday care. Lunch and an afternoon snack must be provided by the parents for the all-day Friday care.
The GISD bus delivers the students to our facility allowing the parents to pick up as late as 5:30 pm each day.
